[netCDF #RBT-496098]: Installing Netcdf4.1.3

Hello,

It appears that you are trying to install netCDF on top of the source 
directory; the error is indicating that you are trying to copy the file 
'netcdf.h' onto itself.  You will need to specify a different location to 
install to.
