[netCDFJava #HTH-916962]: Updating attribute values

You cannot use the attribute object of one file with another file.
You need to construct the new attribute value and then update
the (in this case) datasetwriter file.
My guess is that you really want to create an attribute in datasetwriter
that has the same value as the attribute in otherfile. Correct?
