[netCDF #RCG-928743]: Find version of netCDF files

I assume that there really is not a newline in your path: 
> C:\Program Files\netCDF
>4.4.1.1\bin;C:\Windows\System32;%JAVA_HOME%\bin;%ANT_HOME%\bin

Also, perhaps your script does not like the blank in
    C:\Program Files\...
