[netCDF #RCG-928743]: Find version of netCDF files

Ok, I misunderstood. I thought you wanted
the kind of file (e.g netcdf-3 vs netcdf-4)
Rather you want info about the library version
that created it. If you do ncdump -h -s you
may get additional info.
