[netCDFJava #IWH-239645]: Converting bytes to netCDF file

I think you can do this by using the class InMemoryRandomAccessFile
plus the method NetcdfFile.open(ucar.unidata.io.RandomAccessFile raf, String 
location, ucar.nc2.util.CancelTask cancelTask,Object iospMessage)

I have not tried it, but it should work.
