[netCDFJava #LQO-782179]: Dimension size in java

Hi Cyrille,

Unfortunately, NetCDF-Java currently does not support 64-bit dimension lengths. 
However, I've added an issue for it to our GitHub repo [1]. You can track its 
progress if you like.
