[netCDF #TVR-839210]: error when "make check"

The STREQ problem is a warning, so you can ignore it.
However, in looking at the attached test-suite.log, you
must have some other errors since the log indicates that
ncdump failed to build. Please look at the output from
'make all' to see what other errors occurred.
