[netCDF #BGF-782150]: Need help

Ok. First you should decide if you actually need all those
capabilities. For each one, you will need to install the
corresponding library.
netcdf-4 requires libhdf5 and libhdf5-hl (https://support.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/)
     - please use version 1.8.18. Do not use 1.10.
hdf4 requires libhdf4 (https://support.hdfgroup.org/products/hdf4/)
pnetcdf requires libpnetcdf 
(https://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/parallel-netcdf/wiki/Download)
