[netCDFJava #DBP-690959]: Bug relating to Groups in NetCDF-Java 4.6.8?

Hi Matthew,

I have a PR that fixes your problem [1]. It will appear in version 4.6.9. If 
you don't want to wait until we cut a formal release, you can grab the new 
4.6.9-SNAPSHOT from our snapshots repository [2].
