[netCDF #XGS-540654]: Need sample NetCDF file

Hello,

You can find example netCDF files in the netCDF-C git repository, available at 
http://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c.  If you build netCDF and run 'make check', 
additional binary netCDF files will be generated by the tests.
