[netCDF #ARP-669646]: NetCDF4 parallel I/O documentation for Fortran.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have equivalent modern documentation for the Fortran 
parallel interface.  I am working on integrating historic documentation into 
the current documentation system.  You can find the historic documentation for 
the F77 and F90 interfaces here:
