Hello, NetCDF does not have this functionality natively, but there are utilities out there which can be used to perform this sort of task. The first one that comes to mind is the "NetCDF Operators" utility (NCO). It appears to offer what you're looking for, according to the documentation found here: * http://nco.sourceforge.net/nco.html#Statistics-vs_002e-Concatenation In regards to Geoserver; I'm afraid I don't know anything about Geoserver, so their support may be able to provide a better answer.
