[netCDF #JLU-698427]: (No Subject)

Hello Shilpi,

From the config.log file you've submitted, nothing appears to be wrong.  This 
is an interesting issue, in that it appears to be failing only at the 'make 
install' step.  It is complaining about being unable to find the file 
`/home/shilpi/Build_WRF/netcdf-4.3.3.1/liblib/.libs/libnetcdf.so.7.2.0`.  Can 
you confirm that this file exists, and that you have permission to access it? 
I'm not sure why you wouldn't, but this is an unusual failure.  

What happens if you run `make` and `make check`, before running `make install`?
