[netCDF #MSO-876287]: Netcdf error

Hello Angela,

netcdf-cxx-4.2 is an old C++ interface library for the netCDF core library, 
libnetcdf.  You will want to use the `libnetcdf-cxx4` package, available from 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-cxx4/releases.
