[netCDF #VSN-561175]: Update the NetCDF-F download?

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. We provide the archive for reference; many of the answers presented here remain technically correct, even if somewhat outdated. Hi Carl,

Thanks for letting me know about the incorrect links from the Unidata netcdf 
website; I've corrected that.  In regards to the github links, those downloads 
are generated automatically by GitHub, and are named according to the tag 
associated with the release, in this case `v4.4.3`. 

Thanks again for pointing out my oversight regarding the Unidata-provided 
downloads!
