[netCDFJava #YSI-357983]: NetCDF and MongoDB

The short answer is probably. The issue will be
coming up with a mapping from the netcdf data model
into the MongoDB data model. You did not indicate
if you wanted to model netcdf-3 (classic) vs
netcdf-4 (enhanced). The former should be pretty easy,
the latter not so much.

I seem to recall that there were some efforts to map
netcdf (3 or 4) into json, and you might google that to
see if it can give you some modelling clues.
