[netCDF #PWW-320949]: question about nc_def_var_chunking

Hi James,

One of the other developers may jump in to correct me, but from my reading of 
the documentation and the code, the answer is no; if you're using 
`NC_CONTIGUOUS`, you are effectively disabling chunking for that particular 
variable.
