[netCDF #MLU-327172]: Error in make check for netCDF-c-4.3.3.1

Hello Svetlana,

The issue appears to be related to a test with the HDF5 library; either the 
hdf5 library was not built with zlib compression enabled, or it is an 
unsupported version.  NetCDF requires hdf5 version 1.8.9 or later; do you know 
what version you are using and, if it's older than 1.8.9, does the error 
persist with a more recent version of hdf5?
