[netCDF #BYF-525939]: NetCDF problem.

Hello,

It would appear that the problem is with how you are using the C library.  The 
netCDF-C library does not provide a namespace.  Can you provide more 
information regarding how you are trying to use it, how you are invoking it, 
etc?
