[netCDF #MEN-658054]: How to Convert binary Mask to NetCDF

Hello,

Unfortunately this is not something we will be able to do for you.  While we 
maintain and support the netCDF library, we do not write software or create 
netCDF files.  I can, however, point you towards software that might be able to 
help you with this.

A list of software which uses netCDF may be found at the following URL:

It contains software that is both freely available as well as commercial.
