[netCDF #JPY-711969]: Next NetCDF C version ?

Hello Sean,

We expect the next version to be 4.3.3.  We are awaiting a couple of important 
bug fixes before creating the next release candidate, rc3.  The earliest I 
would expect the release candidate to appear would be in the next few weeks.  
If no other issues are discovered, we will release 4.3.3 within about a week of 
that.
