[netCDFJava #TOX-206476]: Problems converting GEMPAK point (METAR) data to a usable NetCDF file



Hi Kevin,

Just a quick update. We've found a few bugs in the CFPointWriter code (or maybe 
the Gempak IOSP code),
but we are working on getting things going. We hope to have this fixed soon.
