[netCDF #LJB-196695]: corrupted netcdf file
- Subject: [netCDF #LJB-196695]: corrupted netcdf file

Hello Samy,
I apologize for the delayed response. CDO is not a utility which we support
here; the homepage for it may be found here: https://code.zmaw.de/projects/cdo
. However, from the error you supplied, I can see at least one issue; netcdf
requires hdf5 version 1.8.9 or later, and it appears that you are running
version 1.8.8. You should update to a newer version (the current version is
1.8.13) and see if the error persists.
Thanks, have a great day,
-Ward
