[netCDF #SEL-204074]: NetCDF-4

No, the information you sent is insufficient to determine the problem, if it's
not clock skew.  Please send the file nf_test/test-suite.log with the details of
the failures.  It would also be helpful if you send the config.log file 
resulting
from running configure for netcdf-fortran-4.4.1.
