[netCDF #FLE-841916]: Testsuite summary for netCDF 4.3.2

Hi Ben,

It means there might be an issue, yes; can you provide the 'config.log' and 
'ncdump/test-suite.log' files? Those will provide diagnostic information we can 
look at and try to determine what exactly is happening.
