[netCDF #TEQ-670685]: error during LibMesh compile

No, sorry, that's not an error we've seen before, but we need more information
to try to understand or reproduce the problem.

Could you please tell us what platform you're building on, what version of
the netCDF software you're building, and send us the config.log file from
your build of the netCDF library?
