[netCDF #LTQ-437569]: (No Subject)

Hello,

This failure appears to be related to changes in our test server configuration. 
 You may be able to disable this test by passing '--disable-dap-remote-tests' 
to configure, or you may safely ignore it.  You may be interested in upgrading 
to the latest netcdf version, 4.3.2.  It is available from 
http://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases.
