[netCDF #JVN-123940]: netCDF-4.3.0 on Cygwin (64-bit) segfaults on OpenDAP URLs

Just to chime in; the bug fix is currently committed to the head of our 
developer branch.  I'm going to try to put together a 4.3.1.1 release in 
the next day or so which incorporates this and a couple other bug fixes 
made since the 4.3.1 release.  So, when you do go to try out the bug 
fix, make sure you grab at least version 4.3.1.1!
