[netCDF #HOO-519849]: 1 of 12 tests failed

I can't duplicate the problem here.  Could you please tell us 
what version of netCDF and what version of HDF5 you are using?

Also, it would help if you could send us the complete config.log
file that was created when you ran the "configure" script.
