[netCDF #IIW-512338]: using nccopy tool

Hi Russ,

Thank you very much for taking time answering my question.

I've just found out that the build I have for netcdf 4.3.0 does not include the 
zlib (or should I say hdf5 1.8.11 I have does not have zlib). Anyway, once I 
rebuild the libraries, nccopy works just perfectly.

BTW, I notice that you used to distribute nccmp and ncinfo. But, they are not 
in 4.3.0 any more.
