[netCDF #AUC-292543]: Issue while installing Netcdf4.1.3

Hi Shivali,

It looks like you are trying to install the libraries into the source
directory where you build them.  Sorry, but you can't do that, it leads
to the problems you are seeing.  As we say in the installation 
instructions at

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/build_default.html

  The installation location specified with the--prefix option must be 
  different from the source directory where the software is being built.
