[netCDF #KMS-124565]: dodsrc and netcdf

Sorry, I seem to have lost my
understanding of the issues here.
Is this the situation?
1. you have multiple users accessing a
   specific web server.
2. the web server in turn wants to use
   the netcdf library to access multiple
   data backends (i.e. DAP servers).
3. however, each user may have different
   access rights, and the web server
   has to pretend to be the user when
   it access the data backends.
Is that correct?
