Hi Orion, > Please consider updating the netcdf autoconf/automake stuff to support ARM > aarch64. I've installed autoconf-2.69 and tried updating the configure files and m4 files with autoreconf -f -i and it seems to work fine. We'll need a little more testing before putting the updated configure files in the distribution, but barring unanticipated problems, it will be in the 4.3.0 release. --Russ > -------- Original Message -------- > Subject: [Bug 926219] New: netcdf: Does not support aarch64 in f19 and rawhide > Date: Sat, 23 Mar 2013 15:35:16 +0000 > From: address@hidden > To: address@hidden > > Product: Fedora > https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=926219 > > Bug ID: 926219 > Summary: netcdf: Does not support aarch64 in f19 and rawhide > Product: Fedora > Version: rawhide > Component: netcdf > Severity: unspecified > Priority: unspecified > Assignee: address@hidden > Reporter: address@hidden > QA Contact: address@hidden > CC: address@hidden, address@hidden, > address@hidden, address@hidden > Blocks: 922257 (ARM64) > > Support for the ARM 64 bit CPU architecture (aarch64) was introduced in > autoconf 2.69. netcdf appears to use an earlier version of > autoconf, preventing its being built.
