[netCDFJava #CXI-495818]: toolsUI.jar support for backslashes in global attributes

Hi Guillaume,

We were able to reproduce this issue, many thanks for bringing it to our 
attention.  At this point, we're tracking the problem down.  It may not be in 
toolsUI, so we've asked someone familiar with opendap to take a look.
