The libraries provided at
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/win_netcdf/
are the netCDF-C libraries only. Currently, we aren't able to provide builds
for the
netCDF-Fortran libraries for Windows, although we are hoping to in the near
future.
In terms of Visual Studio support; currently, we are building and testing with
Visual Studio 2010; the libraries should work with Visual Studio 2005, but
unfortunately
I can't say for certain.
Have a good morning,
-Ward
