Currently, we aren't able to provide builds for the netCDF-Fortran libraries for Windows, although we are hoping to in the near future. In terms of Visual Studio support; currently, we are building and testing with Visual Studio 2010; the libraries should work with Visual Studio 2005, but unfortunately I can't say for certain.
