[netCDF #BAR-930850]: netCDF-4 to support NcML

I am not sure what you are asking for.
Are you asking for ncgen to read ncml files
and create a (more-or-less) equivalent netcdf-4 file?
Or are you asking for the netcdf C library to support
aggregation?
Or something else?
