[netCDF #GLL-748696]: NetCDF to Ascii

Hi Gannet!

This issue just landed in my inbox because it seems unresolved.  I read through 
the exchange you had with Russ, and it looks like you were having trouble 
installing the ncdump utility on your Macbook.  Are you still having trouble?
