[netCDF #CDH-894104]: NETCDF Build Failure

That was probably a problem with our test server on motherlode.ucar.edu
being down when you ran the test, or being changed to the 8081 port.

Try again starting with the configure step with the remote tests disabled using 
the configure option "--disable-dap-remote-tests" , and I expect it will 
complete
the "make check" OK.
