[THREDDS #YMM-994550]: openDap failure

ok, the problem is that whoever
compiled and installed libcurl
on your machine disabled the https
protocol.  When compiling libcurl,
it has a number of ./configure options
to enable/disable various protocols
(https, ftp, gopher, etc.).
You need to get someone to re-install
libcurl with https enabled.
