[netCDF #XDT-119670]: NetCDf on OS X

Greetings Sofia,

The server used to test opendap requests has changed, and so the tests are 
failing. Try
re-configuring netCDF using the flag:

--disable-dap-remote-tests

Then, run 'make clean', 'make', and 'make check' to see if the remaining tests 
pass.
