[netCDFJava #XLG-843254]: Issue with NetCDF-Java and OPeNDAP HTTP client sockets

I am rather embarrassed. I already
have such a wrapper called HTTPMethodStream
that basically does what you suggest.
However, I apparently do not use it
in HTTPMethod.getResponseAsStream,
which is where it should be used.
