[netCDF #LVL-634301]: failed tests

You were unlucky in this case to be running the remote access test using
our test server, which crashed recently.  I think if you try again today, 
it may work, as our test server is available again.

It's also possible that access was denied for the remote test for other
reasons.  If that's the case, try rebuilding the software with "make clean", 
run the configure script with "--disable-dap-remote-tests" and run "make test"
again.  If that works, you can use the software for local data access, but
you may have to figure out why the your remote client isn't working to access
our test server.
