[netCDF #MRG-369495]: built netcdf 4.2 on MACOS 10.7 using fort icc



Hi Erik,

Thanks for the comprehensive report on a successful build. Your report on
openmpi is especially useful, because now we can include testing with
openmpi as well as mpich2 for future releases.
