[netCDF #DSW-347892]: netcdf4.2 test fails

Greetings Jose,

I can't tell for sure which tests are failing, but the line:

1 of 50 tests failed

is what we see when tests that need access to one of our severs back here fail 
(which we are in the process of moving, so it's likely failing). Try the 
following:

make clean
./configure --disable-dap-remote-tests [and whatever other configure options 
you used]

then remake and test. Let me know if that fixes these errors.
