[netCDF #KJK-861023]: nc__open() and nc_open() clarification

Using NC_SIZEHINT_DEFAULT results in setting the initial
file size to some multiple of the system pagesize.

I think that if you have any good estimate of the expected
file size, that you should use it instead of NC_SIZEHINT_DEFAULT.
