I think the problem is that our DAP Test Server (DTS) was down when you ran
this test,
so the remote tests that were accessing that server failed. If you want to try
again,
the server is up, and it would only be necessary to run "make check" again from
the top
level directory to see if it passes all the tests in the ncdap_test directory
now.
