[netCDF #FIU-947657]: Re: NetCDF-4 patches

If that last example solved your problem, but it's missing or wrong in the 
documentation, 
please let me know so I can fix the documentation.  We are still making tweaks 
to the
4.2 distribution, so it won't really be released for a day or two, and I can 
get a
fix into the documentation pretty easily at this point.
