[netCDF #AFB-326666]: hello, i got netcdf 4.1.3

When you install netcdf-4.1.3 from source and you don't need netCDF-4
or HDF5 features, you need to run 3 commands:

  ./configure --disable-netcdf-4
  make check
  make install
