[netCDF #VAZ-231246]: Netcdf

oops. I put in the fix for this a while ago
and forgot to notify you. Sorry.
The current snapshot should now use its
own internal xdr code exclusively.
I have not been able to test it under
visual studio, so there may be residual
bugs.
