[netCDF #BLZ-140951]: updates to FAQ

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. I tried the format translation service at

on a netCDF classic format file, and got the email response:

Do you happen to know what the restrictions are on translating netCDF
data with your service, in addition to the documented restrictions on
file size and compute time?  This looks like a very useful service that
we might like to provide as well.  I've added a reference to it in our 
FAQ.
